Decapitated Head Found at Sapporo Doctor and Daughter's Home - Unraveling the Disturbing Case

In a chilling turn of events, the decapitated head of a man found dead in a Sapporo love hotel has been uncovered at the residence of a doctor and his daughter, who were recently arrested on suspicion of corpse mutilation. The shocking incident involves psychiatrist Osamu Tamura (59) and his daughter Runa (29) in Sapporo. The doctor's wife, Hiroko, was also arrested on suspicion of collusion.

The victim has been identified as Hitoshi Ura, a 62-year-old office worker, who was discovered naked and decapitated in a hotel bathroom on July 2. The police are closely investigating the relationship between the daughter and the deceased.

Authorities plan to conduct an autopsy on the severed head, while an earlier autopsy on the body revealed the cause of death to be hemorrhagic shock. Based on investigations, it is believed that Runa acted alone in the crime, with no evidence suggesting a third person's involvement in the hotel room.

Investigative sources suspect Osamu to have played an active role in planning the crime, beyond simply dropping off and picking up his daughter. They revealed that the father and daughter had jointly purchased a saw and a suitcase, which may have been used in the heinous act.

Security camera footage from the hotel showed Runa leaving with a suitcase, raising suspicions about its possible connection to the crime. Ura and a person believed to be the doctor's daughter checked into the hotel on July 1, with the latter leaving the premises alone around 2 a.m. the next day. Ura's body was later discovered by a hotel worker, who grew concerned when he failed to check out by the afternoon.

Police have yet to locate Ura's personal belongings, including his clothes, phone, and identification. The incident occurred in the Susukino area of the city, known for housing numerous love hotels.

As the investigation unfolds, the public is left horrified by the gruesome details surrounding this disturbing case involving a respected psychiatrist and his daughter.
